Section 107 of the Act requires that self-destructive individuals who are thinking of registering a blogsite must adhere to the relevant Blog Safety Standards. These Standards apply to all contents of a blogsite, and are designed to protect blog visitors from any safety hazards that may arise from a Blogger's writings. These hazards include, but are not limited to:

Although the safest course of action is to dissuade the Blogger from blogging, conflict with a Blogger may risk creating an antagonist for them to blog about. Such a scenario inevitably leads to the Blogger perceiving themselves as a "keyboard-warrior", "truth-teller", "freedom fighter", or the like, which drastically increases the danger posed by their writing.

The Blog Safety Standards were devised to give Bloggers the impression that their perspective is valuable, whilst minimising the damage that such a stance poses to society.

107(a): Visitors are heavily advised to dismantle the Blogger's delusions of grandeur in a public setting for the good of society.

107(b): The Blog must cite its influences, so that Visitors can be directed towards better Bloggers.
